 Successful managed care agreements require the inclusion of contract provisions that effectively foster a successful relationship between managed care companies and health care providers. UniNet is accountable to its providers, midlevels and hospitals on a daily basis and is often enlisted to assist providers in resolving challenges that sometimes arise with contracted managed care payor groups. Many contract provisions are negotiated and UniNet staff rely upon these contract provisions to effectively resolve issues and assist the providers and hospitals.
