The Care Management function of UniNet is charged with the responsibility to:
 Identify opportunities and implement methods to continuously monitor and improve the quality and outcomes of care and efficient utilization by UniNet providers
- Develop relationships with payors to obtain available, appropriate utilization, quality and outcome data for our patient populations
- Facilitate the education of UniNet providers regarding strategies to improve efficiency, quality and outcomes of care. UniNet CME Opportunities
UniNet's Care Management staff works under the direction of the Care Management Committee. The Care Management staff meets with each of the four major healthplans on a bi-monthly basis to identify opportunities to improve quality and utilization of care.
