UniNet members are helping to shape the future of health care, which continues to change rapidly. Our philosophy always has been and will continue to be clinical integration. As a physician-led organization, we are focused on expanding our network to achieve the triple aim of better health, lower overall costs, and better patient experience. The hard work of our UniNet members positions us to make great care more affordable for our communities.

- Steve Lanspa, MD, MMM, UniNet Board Chair

UniNet is governed by a 14-person board of respected physicians and experienced administration.

The Clinically Integrated Network Council is UniNet's principle operating committee, and is composed of 24 physicians and health system administration. Additional CIN-wide committees include Finance and Education/Communication.

Each UniNet chapter in Grand Island, Kearney, Lincoln, and Omaha is represented by a medical director and has its own leadership and committee structure.
